Hero Skills

Conquest Skills can be used in Rebel Invasion, Rebel Conquests, and Arena battles. (for direct combat)

Expedition Skills will take effect when heroes are deployed to fight on the Wilderness map with their troops. (for rally)

Skills Related to City Development (e.j. resource production, building, research and healing) remain permanently in effect once activated regardless of their deployment
