How to get points

  1. Control Duration Points: Awarded for occupying buildings. Points are not locked in until the battle ends. Even a building is taken by the opponent, we can still find opportunity to take it back and loot the accumulated points.

  2. KO (Killing Opponents) Rewards: Points are earned by defeating an opponent's troops in both cities and buildings.

  3. First Occupation Points: Awarded for being the first to occupy a building after a timer ends.

  4. Gathering: Points can be gathered from "underellar" sites

  5. Looting: Points from defeated opponents scatter on the map and can be collected to gain an advantage.

  6. PvP (Player versus Player) Points: Defeating troops in defense gives 40 personal points, while defeating them in an offense or attack gives 80 personal points for every 10,000 troops.

Game Mechanics:

  1. March speedups are free and rechargeable, which can be useful for fast travel if you're out of teleports.

  2. The battle map provides an overview of all buildings and can be used to monitor the battle's progress.

  3. Troops do not die permanently, but they get injured. You must manage your healing and use speedups effectively.

  4. Teamwork: The event is team-based, so communication and coordination among alliance members is crucial. USE squad chat!

July 27 Game Plan

  1. Timeline

    1. July 24th, Thursday night 20 minutes before game reset: drop gears from your heros and keep off for aanother 20 min (total 40 min)

    2. July 25, Friday right after game reset match making

    3. July 27 19 UTC: Game time, 1 hour

  2. General tactics

    1. When game started, use squad chat to talk and coordinate

    2. When defending, send in troops with Howard first. This buffs all

    3. If you can afford it, boost your troops depending on your role. Offensive or defensive (check under city bonus)

    4. When your building is hit, if you can afford to use gem to put out fire, you can stay in the battlefield longer.

    5. Scout opponent and share report so we can attack their strong players and force them out

    6. Passive way to making points: pick loots when building are taken, pick undercellers when they appear

    7. Use Pet Moose to buff

    8. City Buffs (Skins): If you own any special city skins that provide combat stat bonuses, make sure they are actively selected and applied to your city before Swordland begins.

    9. Game setting is fixed, battle development is unpredictable, we plan based on what we know and adjust tactics based on situation

    10. Do not spend more than you can afford comfortably.

  3. Building assignment by team during opening : first 15 min

    1. Each group has two sub groups offense and defense
